The Guest will submit to the Reservation Department his / her order in writing, including:
• for breakfast accommodation: name and surname of individual guests or details of identification and accommodation list by groups, category and type of services ordered, date and time of arrival, date of departure, no. accommodation nights
• for the meal: number of people, type of meals ordered, date and hour of meals served
The order must also include payment details: currency of payment, payment method (cash / credit card / bank transfer) as well as signature of the legal representative and stamp of the Guest.
Accommodation with breakfast and meals (lunch or dinner) or full board
The Guest will send the reservation request in writing at least 48 (forty-eight hours) before the date of arrival.
Accommodation (with breakfast, half board or full board) for groups
The Guest will send the booking request in writing at least 30 (thirty) calendar days before the group arrives. The Guest will provide the Provider with the definitive nominal list at least 7 (seven) calendar days before the Group's arrival date. Otherwise, the Provider reserves the right to use partially the rooms initially reserved but not confirmed by the Beneficiary, without the latter being able to claim claims of any kind. Supplements are only allocated in the case of a prior order and subject to availability.
The provider will confirm or refuse the reservation in writing within 48 (forty-eight) hours. The confirmation for accommodation will specify the following: date of arrival, departure date, no. accommodation nights, the category of services ordered, the type of room booked, the tariff, the reservation number.
The hotel room must be available to the client no later than 18.00 on the day of arrival and be issued by the client no later than 12.00 on the day of departure. If the customer exceeds the accommodation day (12.00 on the day of departure), and if there is no firm order for the day's use, the hotel will charge the "day use" rate, representing 50% of the fare reception (without breakfast) directly at the reception desk until 18:00.
Whole amount should be paid to the owner after the booking.

Any partial or total cancellation of the services ordered by the Beneficiary will be made in writing and the Provider will give it no. registration, specifying the date and time of receipt of the cancellation.
4.2 The partial or total cancellation of the ordered services may result in penalties, depending on the cancellation period in relation to the scheduled arrival date (considering 18.00 on the day of arrival). In this case, the Beneficiary will pay to the Provider the following penalties:
4.2.1 Accommodation for individuals:
• By 12:00 noon on the day of arrival - no penalty
• After 18:00 on arrival day - penalty 100%
4.2.2 Accommodation for groups:
• at least 21 days - without penalty
• between 20 and 14 days - penalty 50%
• between 13 and 7 days - penalty 75%
• less than 6 days - penalty 100%
Settlement for groups applies to the value of canceled services for the first day of your reservation (bed and breakfast).
Penalties for groups in case of non-show (NO-SHOW) are 100% of the last confirmation sent by the Provider to the Beneficiary, and the first day of accommodation (breakfast with breakfast) will be taken into account.
The provider reserves the right to apply individual accommodation rates if the number of persons in the group becomes less than 15 (fifteen) after a partial cancellation.
In the case of NO-SHOW customers, on the date agreed upon by the initial order, the Provider will invoice
Beneficiary as a penalty 100% of the first night's accommodation with breakfast. In this case the reservation is automatically canceled for the whole period and for all the services requested in the booking order.
